When the seller of a property does not hold title,but has a contract to receive title on the property:
  1. Choose Stipulation of Sale and“Seller not Owner”; and,
  2. Where the contract allows assignment, the words SUBJECT TO ASSIGNMENT shall appear in the Marketing Remarks (BOM 02/07/19)
