Section 1.1.20 Delayed Marketing without Coming Soon

To enter a listing in that will not be Coming Soon but is not ready to be Active in the MLS until the Future Date, use the Delayed Marketing feature.

(Please note you must select the Active Status in FlexMLS to enter a Delayed Marketing date.  The listing must be in the MLS within 72 hours of the date that the listing agreement was signed in order to be in compliance with the NCRMLS Rules & Regulations.)

 
  1. Effective Date:  Date that the Listing Agreement was executed.
  2. Status:  Active
  3. Delayed Marketing:  YES
  4. Delayed Marketing Date (DM):  Future Date

 

Note that the Delayed Marketing Date (DM) field cannot be changed except by MLS Staff.

 

Note that this type of delayed marketing listing can only be seen by the Listing Agent or Office Admin.
