Section 1.2 Detail on Listings Entered into The Service:

A listing agreement or property data form, when filed with the multiple listing service by the listing broker, shall be complete in every detail which is ascertainable ( as specified on the property data form. (R)

Incorporated into these Rules are the definitions for data fields attached as Exhibit 7 .

*ascertainable is defined as a fact you can find out with certainty (BOM 04/11/18)
